A busy Saturday

This morning was Zach's last game with the Green Dragons and it was a beautiful day. Even though the coaching has been a little disappointing Zach has had a fun time playing with his first 'real' team.

Zach is certainly not afraid to get in and tackle people.

Zach always likes to make a buddy. Charles was the chosen one!

Sibling support

Straight after soccer we headed home to change for Olivia and Thomas' piano recital.

Olivia only decided to start practicing the couple of weeks before the recital. She even memorized her song. Oh, what she could do if she really tried.

Thomas on the other hand practiced ALOT. He would wake up early in the morning before school to practice just to make sure that he could fit it all in. He was really disappointed that he had one little pause during his performance. He held it all in until we got out to the car and then the tears came. I am so glad that he strives for perfection, but I also never hope that it consumes him.

And because the day hadn't been busy enough we then hopped in the car and drove to Seattle for a Reign game. Spenser had organized a trip with his Strikers since he wouldn't be coaching them anymore. The girls had a lot of fun and it was a beautiful evening.

We let some crazy boys come along too
