I was determined not to forget the celebrate English Pancake Day this year, but was sadly reminded that I had by several of my English friends facebook status'. Since dinner was already in the crock pot, I decided that we would just go ahead and do it a day late.

I went with the a more traditional crepe style English pancake covering with some sugar and a squeeze of orange. It was yummy and made me happy.
Zach sadly doesn't have much of a pallet and requested his frozen mini-pancakes. There is just no pleasing some people!
