Fathers and Sons and Soccer

On Friday the boys enjoyed our Stake Fathers and Sons camp out. Sam still hasn't been initiated into this group yet. I am hoping that Spenser might bite the bullet next year and take him. In his defense Sam has been quite sick so it was probably best for him to stay home anyway. After we got Sam off to sleep Olivia and I enjoyed some 'Shark Tank' and 'Say Yes to the Dress.' It was an exciting time!

Luke and Trevor came along too

On Saturday afternoon Thomas got to play in the most anticipated game of the season. Trevor and Jordan both play on the Rowdies. Spenser reported that Thomas played a great game and the Eagles were victorious.

Jorge also came along to support his friends

Spenser had been given tickets to take the kids to a Mariners game in the evening, but Thomas had other things in mind. When I came home from the grocery store, Thomas had just woken up from a nap and started talking about totally random and crazy stuff. He was also super whiny and started crying for no apparent reason. Spenser then informed me that Thomas had fallen and hit his head during his soccer game, but he had seemed OK until now. We called our pediatrician who told us to take him over to urgent care where the Dr reported a mild concussion. No soccer for a week and try outs are coming up. Last year it was mono and this year it's a concussion!
