After a short practice period, baseball games began tonight. It was really good to see what a difference a year has made. Last year most of the team were in kindergarten, and it felt like they were always playing older kids. The majority are now first graders and they are bigger, hitting the ball better, and have a better understanding of what's really going on. They all had a fun time and even managed to win. We're not sure how the kids are really calculating who won or not though yet!
