Tonight was the Sounders opening game. Spense had been gravely concerned that the game might not go ahead, since the players had been striking for better pay and a few other things. He has been desperately checking his faithful ESPN for any news and luckily they decided to go back to work.
It was a rainy night, but that didn't keep our little season ticket holders away. Spense said that their seats turned out pretty well. The were pretty much under the canopy except for their feet. It was a good game by all reports. The Sounders won. That's all you need for a good game
right?!
Having a fun night together
