They did it again!

They managed to do it again. Somehow, those sneaky leprechauns came and left us a few treats for St. Patrick's day this morning.

Thomas got to enjoy a green waffle and some green milk before he left for school. Olivia refused to eat them because they were green, so she ended up with a bowl of lucky charms instead.

Dressed in some green

I was able to follow Zach down the stairs without him seeing me. He seemed interested in the little path, and as he hit the bottom of the stairs he turned to see that it led to an interesting green bucket. "Oh" was his response. I then watched as he headed over for closer inspection. It didn't take him long to figure out that the bucket was full of some tasty treats.

He soon got unwrapping

This was the mess that he left before breakfast. I probably should of stopped him, but figured that it's probably OK to eat candy first thing every once in a while!

Before Thomas arrived home from baseball practice, I made up
some lucky charm cupcakes to end the day.

We all seemed to enjoy them.

Love those tricky leprechauns! And why not have a treat for breakfast? Too cute.

You are such a fun mom! Your kids will have fun memories of holidays! St Patrick's Day came and went this year and all we did was make sure we wore green! :)
