Tonight for Family Home Evening we bought in the pumpkins and took out the carving equipment. Spenser decided to get on the internet and print off some Star Wars figures that we could carve into the pumpkins since we have a Star Wars theme going on this Halloween. Josh and Hayley also joined us. Josh was quite the seasoned carver, but Hayley was a little inexperienced. She also didn't like cleaning out the pumpkins because she thought that they smelt too much. That definitely is the curse of the Rasmussen/Butler family! We had a fun time together and Thomas really helped out this year. Last year he gave up half way through, but I was proud to see him persevere this year. Maybe he's growing up!
