Family Pumpkins

After Olivia's soccer game (which she played half of this week, therefore she's improving!) we decided to head out to the pumpkin patch. The weather was nice and sunny and since it wasn't raining we thought that we should take advantage of being able to get out and find some pumpkins as a family. We decided to try out Schiffer's this year and the kids had a fun time.

We raced ducks

This princess duck was Olivia's favorite

We rode tractors (even though our legs were too long!)

We petted pigs (while trying to make oinking sounds)

We really liked the pigs

We decided that Olivia and Zach would probably think
it was fun to live on a farm. Thomas, not so much! The only
pictures that he was in with animals were when they were
safely behind bars. He said that they smell too much!

We shot off corn

Thomas and Olivia thought it was too noisy

We finally rode the wagon out to the patch and picked them out

Zach had a lot of fun getting in the mud among the pumpkins

We finally loaded up and some of the kids (Olivia)
had really had enough

We decided that we'd take this pumpkin back home too

We had a fun time and left with caramel apples, cotton candy, and lots of fun memories.

Looks like lots of fun. does your pumpkin patch charge admission. They do here and are so far away we haven't gone in a while. There was one we loved on the way to Prescott but they closed down.

its nice to see Olivia takes after her granddad and does not mind getting her hands dirty.
