After spending a lot of time Sunday transferring documents over onto the new computer we thought that we were finally up and running. Well, that was until Spenser came home today ranting and raving about how they had just unveiled the new mac mini which had two times as much memory, a better video card, and some other things that I won't even attempt to understand all for the same price. I convinced him to calm down and just call the shop that we had got it from to see if there was anything that we could do. They told him that he was fine to return it, he would just have to eat the cost on the extra memory that he'd purchased, which he could then sell if he wanted. Spense was quite satisfied with the outcome. It just means another trip to Portland or paying sales tax in Washington state. The story continues!
