Cooper the Dog

Since Cooper is leaving us tomorrow the kids wanted to get a few pictures with him. I always think that watching Cooper will help lessen the kids desire for a dog, but I know that it actually makes it worse for a little while! Olivia told Spenser the other day that when she gets bigger and is a mom she's going to live in a house with a big yard so that her kids can have a dog because she wants them to be happy. When Spenser asked if she is happy she said avoided a direct answer and just said that she really wants a dog! Thomas also enjoyed going out and playing ball with Cooper a lot. Our neighbor Ryan was with his dad last week and so he didn't have anyone around to play with, so Cooper was a good replacement. My picking up poop and hair issues still remain!

One thing that Cooper definitely did on his visit this time was to encourage Mr. Zach to pee outside. He came in the other day to tell me that he was going to pee outside like Cooper. I told him that he needed to go to the bathroom and so of course he went outside and stood on the step, pulled down his pants, and peed into the yard. Nice one Zach! He's definitely going to enjoy camping this year.

Spense thought that this would make a nice shot for
the Christmas card this year!
