Tonight we celebrated the end of soccer season. Thomas was finally able to play after an accident on his bike put him out for 3 games. Well the problem was that he actually wasn't riding his bike, and he was on the neighbors bike ramp and managed somehow to run over his foot. He was in quite a lot of pain when he first did it and when he was still complaining the next day I figured that we should get it looked out. I didn't want to have to take him to the Dr's and then have to go get an X-ray and then go onto the hospital if it was indeed fractured or broken so we went over to Spenser's over and lowered the pan ceph machine and took an X ray there. We then went to our pediatrician who said it didn't look broken but said it would probably cause some pain for a week or so and it most certainly did. Luckily, he was able to run around enough to play tonight. He even managed to score 3 goals too!
Team huddle at half time
I was lucky to turn on the camera just in time to get this play
After the game we enjoyed some ice cream sundaes and then the boys played against their coach and some parents until it was almost too dark to see.
