Since Christmas, my Olivia has requested the same three books every night: "Olivia", "Olivia and the Missing Toy" and "Olivia Helps with Christmas". As we've read and re-read these delightful tales I have thought over and over again to myself, "You know, when you're deciding on a name for your child you really should check out any books in which they star."
If I would have known that Olivia the pigs mother's lamenting "You know, you really wear me out, but I love you anyway" would have turned into my own I may have rethought our decision! Despite this little pig's bossiness she does have obvious energy, charm, charisma, and imagination, and luckily we see some of that too!

Yep! It must be the name! Our Livvie has those characteristics too! But we wouldn't change a thing about her!
We thought about the name Amelia, but we weren't sure we wanted to face the whole "Amelia Bedelia" thing. :)
