It was a beautiful day to go out and watch baseball. Unfortunately, the Bounty Hunters managed to pull off another loss. They have been having some problems since kid pitch started. I think that the low scoring games, lack of hitting, and not too much going on out in the field has really started to hurt their morale. Spenser also has a different coaching philosophy that some of the other teams too. He feels that while they're so young they should each be given the chance to try new things out. He rotates the kids around the positions and and has given everyone who has wanted to pitch the opportunity. This hasn't always helped us to win though!

Spenser let Thomas take his turn at pitching. An agreement was made that if Thomas was having a hard time getting it over the plate that he would bring in one of the other kids and Thomas wouldn't get upset. The agreement was made and the pitching began.
After a couple of kids the decision was made to bring Dagm in and remember the agreement? It didn't quite hold true. A few tears were shed in the outfield. It's hard to watch, but unfortunately part of life and part of learning about your strengths and weaknesses.

After the game the kids headed home with Spenser to enjoy the weather while I went off to a bridal shower for one of the girls who works in Spenser's office.
I came home to Spenser watching just about every kid in the neighborhood and water flying everywhere. Zach had managed to get his hands on this gun that someone had bought by. Whenever anyone tried to take it from him he showed them who was boss. The funny thing is is that they all seem to let him get away with it.
