School's Out for Snow!

We were kindly woken up by an automated call from the school district at 6:00 am letting us know that due to snowy conditions school would be delayed by 2 hours. About an hour later as we watched the snow continue to fall, they called back again to let us know that school was completely cancelled. Thomas had come down with quite the fever during the night so he wouldn't have been going anyway, but I know that Olivia definitely appreciated getting to lay in bed a little longer than usual.

Ryan was at the door before we had even eaten breakfast. That boy is slightly obsessed with snow and loves to spend every minute he can in it. With some tylenol in his system Thomas was able to go out and enjoy some snow time. In fact the main event of the day was snow time. People only came inside long enough to eat and let their gloves dry off a little.
