We finally got back to a game of baseball tonight after a whole week of rainouts. The rain has honestly just never stopped. That must be how we live in such a green and beautiful place! Thomas had a good game with some solid hits. His fielding is a different story though. For some reason he just can't manage to stay still and pay attention. I know that he is trying his best though. The best part of the evening had to be Spenser showing up late to the game. After a season of telling parents that they need to be on time to the games, he managed to drive off to the wrong baseball fields, which are across town. He turned up just before the end of the first inning, embarrassed and slightly humbled I think!
