Treking

On Friday, Spenser got to go to Northwest Trek with Thomas. Since Spense has never been on a field trip with Thomas it was decided that dad would be the one to go. I was a little sad that I wasn't chosen, but I know that I could never have done the hour long drive on a bumpy, hot bus going along windy roads!

When they came home the reports of the day were good. They had seen lots of the animals and had some good fun together. Spense was given a pretty great group of kids to chaperone which I am sure made the day so much more enjoyable. He said that the worst part for him was the hour long game of "eye spy" on the bus trip up there. The objects were apparently pretty hard to spy!

Wow! They saw WAY more than we did when we went! The animals must have all been hiding when I went with Tessa's first grade class last year!

Looks great- much better than the Zoo we just went to! We saw an awful lot of monkeys, and not a lot else!
