Zach woke up to a new fun toy today. Whenever he gets the chance he just wants to be able to sit up and have a good look around everywhere. Seeing the world from flat on your back does get a little monotonous after a while I'm sure, and the bouncy seat is beginning to lose it's entertainment value. I try and use it only when totally necessary otherwise he just cries and arches his back to get out! So along came the Bumbo. Our friends had shown us their Bumbo when Olivia was a little baby, but we passed it up then, and obviously it's the 3rd child that gets spoiled!
It's super soft and helps kids that are still too little to sit by themselves, but who can hold their heads up, to sit upright. He seems to like it and it does let him see the world from a whole new angle so we'll see.

Poor Child. He looks like he's being forced into some un-natural position but I suppose if he likes it...=)
We got a bumbo from my sister-in-law, and I thought it was kind of weird and hokey. But, Claira has loved it! We only started using it about a week ago. She loves to sit and look around, especially when I'm in the kitchen doing dishes or feeding Addie and Corbin. So, even though I wasn't impressed at first, I now love it!
I actually can't believe how fast he is growing. David looks completley different in his newborn pics than he does now to me. Your blog looks really nice; you'll have to show me how to do all of your cool tricks when you visit. Is there a time you are supposed to start solids? I am one clueless mother.
